fa ارائه مدل نظری حاکمیت شرکتی برای شرکتهای توسعه ای (مورد مطالعه:وزارت نیرو) توسعه پایدار، زیست محیطی و ارزیابی اقتصادی توسعه پایدار، زیست محیطی و ارزیابی اقتصادی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">حاکمیت شرکتی به‌عنوان سیستمی که اهداف، ساختار و نظارت بر سازمان‌ها را تعیین می‌کند، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی مؤلفه‌های حاکمیت شرکتی در شرکت‌های توسعه‌ای وزارت نیرو و ارتقای کارایی و شفافیت سازمانی است. با توجه به بحران‌های اخیر در منابع آب و انرژی، ضرورت توجه به حاکمیت شرکتی محسوس‌تر از همیشه شده است. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش مطالعه موردی و با جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان حوزه، به شناسایی ابعاد مختلف حاکمیت شرکتی پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مؤلفه‌های کلیدی شامل ساختار هیئت‌مدیره، شفافیت اطلاعات، تعامل با ذی‌نفعان، مسئولیت اجتماعی و تغییر و تحول سازمانی، برای بهبود عملکرد و کارآمدی سازمان‌های دولتی لازم است. این مدل می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوبی کارآمد برای اجرای بهینه سیاست‌ها و پروژه‌ها در شرکت‌های توسعه‌ای وزارت نیرو مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و به ارتقاء تعامل مثبت با ذی‌نفعان کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Corporate governance is of great importance as a system that determines the goals, structure, and oversight of organizations. The purpose of this study is to examine the components of corporate governance in the development companies of the Ministry of Energy and to improve organizational efficiency and transparency. Given the recent crises in water and energy resources, the need to pay attention to corporate governance has become more tangible than ever. This study, using a qualitative approach and case study method and collecting data through semi-structured interviews with 15 managers and experts in the field, has identified various dimensions of corporate governance. The results show that key components, including board structure, information transparency, stakeholder engagement, social responsibility, and organizational change and transformation, are necessary to improve the performance and efficiency of government organizations.
