fa بهره‌برداری بهینه از سیستم مخازن با استفاده از دو الگوریتم چرخه آب(WCA) و جستجوی گرانشی(GSA) (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبریز گرگان‌رود) Optimal Operation of a Multi-Reservoir System Using Water CycleAlgorithm (WCA) and Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) (Case study: GorganroodBasin) هیدرولوژی و برنامه ریزی منابع آب هیدرولوژی و برنامه ریزی منابع آب پژوهشي Research یکی از مسائل مهم بهینه‌سازی در زمینه مدیریت منابع آب، مساله بهره‌برداری بهینه از مخازن سدها می‌باشد. در این پژوهش از الگوریتم فراابتکاری چرخه آب (WCA) برای یافتن استراتژی‌های تخصیص بهینه منابع آب در سیستم دو مخزنه سدهای گلستان و وشمگیر واقع در حوضه آبریز گرگان‌رود (شمال ایران)، برای یک دوره پنج ساله (از سال آبی 87-86 تا 91-90) استفاده شده است. پس از اطمینان از درستی عملکرد الگوریتم WCA با استفاده از چندین تابع محک استاندارد، مدلی برای بهره‌برداری بهینه از سیستم مخازن حوضه آبریز گرگان‌رود توسعه داده شد. تابع هدف در سیستم مورد مطالعه به صورت کمینهسازی کل کمبود در طول دوره آماری تعریف شده است. برای بررسی عملکرد الگوریتم‌های مورد بررسی در بهره‌برداری بهینه از سیستم مخازن، از شاخص‌های عملکرد قابلیت اعتماد زمانی، حجمی و آسیب پذیری استفاده شده است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از الگوریتم مورد بررسی با نتایج الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی(GSA) و روش سیاست بهره‌برداری استاندارد (SOP) مقایسه شده است. روشهای WCA، GSA و SOP به ترتیب قادر به تأمین 73/97، 26/85 و 78/76 درصد از نیاز کل پایین‌دست سد گلستان و تأمین 06/97، 31/89 و 29/68 درصد از نیاز کل پاییندست وشمگیر بودند. نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از عملکرد بالای الگوریتم WCA در مقایسه با دیگر روش‌های مورد بررسی در بهره‌بردری بهینه از سیستم مخازن می‌باشد. One of the most important problems in water resources management is the optimal operation of reservoirs. In this research, a metaheuristic algorithm called Water Cycle Algorithm (WCA), has been developed in MATLAB software, with the purpose of optimal allocation strategies of a multi-reservoir system (Golestan and Voshmgir dams) located at Gorganrood Basin (North of Iran), for a five year period (from 2007-2008 to 2011-2012). Firstly, the performance of the developed model was investigated through several standard test functions. Next, the developed model is applied for monthly operation of Gorganrood multi-reservoir system. The objective function was defined as the “minimization of the total deficit for the study period”. In order to investigate the performance evaluation of the developed model, two criteria of reliability (temporal and volume) and vulnerability have been used. The results of the developed model were compared with Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) and standard operation policy (SOP). WCA,GSA and SOP models were capable to supply 97.73, 85.26 and 76.78 percent of Golestan dam water demand, respectively. For the Voshmgir dam, the mentioned methods could supply 97.06, 89.31 and 68.29 percent of water demand, in same order.
