fa پایش خسارت سیلاب بر کاربری اراضی با استفاده از پردازش تصاویر ماهواره‌ای راداری و اپتیکی Flood damage monitoring on land use using radar and optical satellite image processing هیدرولوژی و برنامه ریزی منابع آب هیدرولوژی و برنامه ریزی منابع آب كاربردي Applicable هدف این مقاله برآورد خسارات وارده به کاربری‌های اراضی پس از وقوع سیلاب است که شامل سه گام شناسایی گستره سیلاب با تصاویر راداری Sentinel1، استفاده از تصویر اپتیکی Sentinel2 به منظور تولید نقشه کاربری اراضی و نهایتا برآورد میزان خسارات در هر کاربری است. منطقه مطالعاتی در شمال شهر اهواز واقع در استان خوزستان است. به منظور تولید نقشه گستره سیلاب، تصویر شاخص آبی از تصاویرSynthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) قبل و بعد از سیلاب با استفاده از تلفیق قطبیدگی‌های VVو VH به کمک روش تبدیل موجک گسسته بدست آمد. سپس تصاویر شاخص قبل و بعد از سیلاب با استفاده از خوشه‌بندی Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC) قطعه‌بندی و به ابر‌پیکسل‌ها افراز گردیدند که ابر‌پیکسل‌های بدست آمده با استفاده از روشK-means ، به دو کلاس پیکره آبی و پس‌زمینه کلاس‌بندی شدند. نتایج حاصل از طبقه‌بندی تصویرSentinel2  نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین تخریب سیل مربوط به اراضی کشاورزی و کمترین میزان متعلق به راه و زمین‌های بایر است. در مجموع 27% منطقه در معرض سیل قرار گرفته شده است که 26% متعلق به اراضی کشاورزی است. بطور خاص، 50% از اراضی کشاورزی نیز تحت دو کشت مزرعه نوع 2 و 3 هستند.   This paper aims to estimate flood damage on land use areas through a three-step process: identification of flood areas using Sentinel-1 images, mapping of land use using Sentinel-2 images, and estimation of damages in each land use class. The case study is located in the north of Ahvaz City in Khuzestan Province. To generate the flood extent map, the water index from Sentinel-1 images before and after the flood is obtained by fusing VV and VH polarizations using the discrete wavelet transform method. Then, the water index image of each time is segmented into superpixels using Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC). Afterward, the obtained superpixels are classified using K-means clustering into water bodies and backgrounds. The results obtained by classifying Sentinel-2 images indicate that agricultural lands are the most prone to damage. In total, 27% of the areas were destroyed, and 26% of these damages belong to agricultural lands.
