Change in the degree of concrete heat at during construction and operation is very important problem because of induced thermal stresses and cracks in study of thermal stresses. In this paper, the effect of temperature variation on creation process and distribution of tensile stress in roller compacted concrete dam is investigated. The Ansys-Workbench software has been used for transient modeling and analysis of model. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the beginning of the cold season implementation, the use of pre-cooling of the materials to facilitate the implementation and the proper stimulus to interrupt in the warm months of the year in order to reduce the maximum temperature of the structure, has a good situation in terms of distribution Of stress Thermal offers. Also, the results of the analysis indicate a decrease in the amount of tensions when considering the weight of the layers. Creating a stop on the operating in the warm months of the year has a high efficiency.
